Our team at Mountain Adventure Realty has been serving the real estate needs of Western North Carolina since 2001. We have built our business and our reputation by providing exceptional service for both our buyer and seller clients.
In 2023 our team noticed an upcoming need for local property management in our unique remote mountain area of Western North Carolina. We are so excited to now offer professional and seamless property management for all of your short term and long term rental needs.
It is the mission of Hidden Holler Rentals to provide the highest quality, innovative and exceptional Property Management service available anywhere in the Hidden Hollers of Western North Carolina.

I have been a local in Mitchell county since 1992 with 4 children who are very involved with community activities. I attend Bethel Baptist church regularly and believe in keeping God first in all we do. I have been working in Real Estate since 2000 and bring experience with knowledge in high end vacation homes in private communities as well as land and residential sales experience. I enjoy helping Buyers and Seller in all there real estate needs. Real Estate is not just a job for me, but a passion...A passion for helping people and exceeding their expectations everyday! Howdy! My name is Stephanie Johnson & I absolutely love what I do!
Originally from Harrisburg NC (outside of Charlotte) the mountains called me home in 2011! My Husband, Daughter & I took the biggest leap of faith ever and landed in Burnsville. A sweet Norman Rockwell kinda Mountain Town. Here we stepped back in time and slowed down to enjoy all the little things in life that will fly by when you are wrapped up in the city life.
My background is in commercial & residential construction & banking. In 2014 I felt called to get my real estate license and that's when I began the ultimate adventure in helping folks find their Happy Place. With my experience it was the perfect fit & I love sharing my knowledge with buyers and sellers. I love exploring hidden hollers to mountain tops & more than anything I love seeing folks come alive and thrive in their new exciting environment.
Outside of helping folks buy or sell their mountain oasis, my most favorite things to do include spending time with my Husband & Daughter. We love riding back roads & floating down the river in the summer. In the winter months its all about snow boarding & reading books by the fire while watching the snow flakes fall.
Life is beyond amazing here in these Mountains & I am so thankful to do exactly what I love every single day!
